Challenge
By 2024 the firm had 120 people in London and Edinburgh, and a different spreadsheet for each partner group. Status lived in inboxes. Finance closed the month late. New joiners inherited folklore rather than a system.
Approach
We ran a four-week discovery with partners, delivery leads and finance — then implemented Bioznow LedgerFlow with a thin custom layer for their industry-specific job types. Amelia Clarke’s team integrated the practice management archive through Atlas rather than a one-off script.
Outcome
In the two quarters after go-live on 03/03/2025, average job cycle time fell by 38%. Missed internal service levels dropped by 22%. Month-end commentary that previously took eight working days now lands in three. Partners still argue about the work; they no longer argue about where the work is.
