What we collect

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the name, work email, organisation, phone number and message you choose to send. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Essential cookies are described in our cookie notice.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, to staff a possible engagement, and to keep records we may need under English law. The lawful bases we rely on are legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry) and, where we enter a contract, steps toward that contract. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry mail is kept for up to 24 months unless a contract follows, in which case records follow the engagement file. Hosting and email providers may process data in the UK or EEA under written terms. We do not use this website to profile you.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We will not charge you for exercising these rights unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
